Frequently asked questions

Do I need to change my MikroTik configuration?

No. Add the router, paste one setup script, and the panel reads your existing pools, VLANs, PPPoE secrets, hotspot users and DHCP leases. Your customers are imported and keep working.

My routers don't have a public IP. Will it work?

Yes. Each router builds an SSTP or WireGuard tunnel to the panel. Only RADIUS and management go through it; customer internet traffic never does.

How do online payments work without a merchant API?

Upload your eSewa, Khalti or bank QR. Customers pay and enter the transaction ID; the payment SMS you receive is matched automatically and the customer is renewed.

What can my customers do themselves?

From their phone they see days left and data used, pay by QR or card, run a speed test, restart their connection, check their fiber signal and open support tickets.

Which MikroTik and RouterOS versions are supported?

Any MikroTik on RouterOS v6 or v7, from hAP and RB951 to CCR and CHR.

What happens if the server goes down?

A standby server keeps a live copy of every ISP's data and can take over within minutes.
